A visitor can walk on it and even go to the centre of the colosseum.
The last floor was removed by the archaeologists to have better view of complicated passages of rooms and corridors that lay below the arena.

Wooden stage will be developed by hundred of slats so that it can be rotated to bring natural light into the underground chambers. The chambers were used to provide shelter to gladiators and animals before the fight.
